Passive Eco-friendly House

Our company deals with the construction of Unique Active and Passive Ecological Houses. Homes are equipped with the latest technologies which help us to achieve above-standard energy parameters.

Materials used for construction of these houses are ecological and cause favorable conditions for health (specially for people who have allergy, asthma, hypersensitiveness).

The energy consumption of our house is approx. 5 kWh per year per m2 - versus approx. 150 kWh per year per m2 in standard homes. This means we are 30 times more friendly to environment!

The construction period is relatively short ---- approx. 3 months.

OUR HOUSE HAS THESE ACTIVE ELEMENTS:

- KSD windows.
- Photovoltaic element for producing electric energy . Houses have rooftop photocell panels with a productivity of 3000 kWp.
- Barrier-layer photocells are placed on the roof for the heating of hot water which is used as a heating medium in the rooms and the passages in the house.
- Earth collector in the depth 2.5 m -- a constant temperature of approx. 10º C.
- Forced – air with recovery
- Utilization of rain water. Rain water is collected in a container and used for flushing toilets and watering gardens.
- A natural pond – biotope - collects rain water.
- Drinking water filter – high EU level technology. It is a unique piece of equipment which can filter up to 100 different contaminants. Definite savings from no need to buy bottle water and in this way it eases up use of plastics.
- Straw panels – quality insulation from summer overheating and winter freezing creates a comfortable atmosphere for allergics and asthmatics.
- Natural materials (wood, stone, straw panels) – are healthy to the organism, accumulate solar heat from KSD windows and with time release it back to the room.
- Central vacuum cleaner, induction stove etc.

Our Active and Passive Ecological Houses are only constructed with natural materials and are 100% recyclable.

We have great experience in construction of these homes around the Europe and we are able to meet wishes starting from financially limited family houses for young families or pensioners up to large investment projects.
